3. Terms for Educational Institutions & Campus Listings
- Listing Eligibility: Any college, university, academy, or EdTech campus requesting a listing must provide valid institutional proof and have the proper regulatory authority to do so.
- Paid & Premium Partnerships: Institutions that select our paid premium or featured banner slots agree to clear invoices within the stipulated time frame. Kaha Padhu reserves the right to suspend or downgrade listings for non-payment or breach of trust.
- Data Integrity: Institutions are entirely responsible for the authenticity of the course information, seat capacities, graphics, and fees uploaded or shared for their campus profiles.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Kaha Padhu owns the intellectual property rights for all material, original website copy, design layouts, and software modules published on this platform. You may access this text for personal student use, but you must not republish, sell, duplicate, or redistribute our content without explicit written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
